4. Notice at the top, under where it says "Mise en Train" in red, you'll see a series of numbers. You need to click on each of these numbers one at a time, and then listen to the paragraph that is being read. You listen to the dialogue by clicking on the bullhorn icon. You'll notice the text is right below the dialogue being read. Please follow along.
5. You will not understand every word. Look for the overall meaning and pull out words you can recognize. This should be a good review and an opportunity to listen to the prononciation.
6. When you're done listening to segments 1-10, then get a textbook and open up to pages 142-143. It's the same text, but now you'll have the information in front of you.
7. Look to the right of the computer screen where you'll see blue buttons for "activities". Do activities 1-5. For each activity, click the blue button, read the directions, then click on "cahier électronique at the bottom of the box. It will open a dialogue box for you to type your answers. Make sure you put your name at the top of the question box so I know it's your answers and make sure you hit save before you move to the next activity. After you've done all six activities, you will print to the IMC and I will pick up the answers later.
8. When you're done, turn to page 167 in your textbook. Please make flashcards for the vocabulary in purple! (première étape). If the word is masculin, write it in blue. If the word is feminine, write it in red. Only put one vocabulary word/expression on each card. Put English on one side and French on the other.
